It’s always fantastic to see high-level of achievement within the security industry year in, year out, and we are glad that the New Zealand Security Industry (NZSA) has organized the Security Industry Awards which recognizes excellence and outstanding performance in the New Zealand security industry. It celebrates achievements of individuals and organisations and a great opportunity to tell their story to a wider audience.
Last week, the finalists were announced, with our very own Karin Sayer shortlisted for the Security Administrator of the Year award. This award recognises excellence, commitment and professionalism for those who provide vital administration functions that support every business. Of course, Karin’s duties extends further than this. She is known for going the extra mile for our security guards and always assisting in all areas of the business. She leads by example is and is often seen in Recon HQ in the early mornings and weekends. Karin is highly respected for her teamwork and leadership skills and she is one of the most professional, committed and loyal leaders at Recon Security and who has a lot to do with the success of the company over the last 20 years.
Success is the reward of time and effort put into any work and being nominated (and shortlisted!) is a true testament that hard work and perseverance pays off!
The winners of the NZ Security Industry Awards 2017 will be celebrated at Te Papa Wellington on the 25th of August with an expected attendance from several hundreds of guests. The awards ceremony and dinner will be preceded by an afternoon of highly informative and relevant dducational seminars focused on managing the tendering process and best practice customer relationship management.
