Johnny TaitAuckland Service Delivery Manager

Johnny Tait is Recon’s Service Delivery Manager for Auckland. Johnny brings with him 30 years’ experience in both security and sales and 20 years in operations and retail management. Johnny works with a client-focused approach and is especially skilled in customer service as a result of his 30+ years working with clients and customers. Johnny’s strengths lie in his ability to lead staff in a way that is well-aligned with Recon’s core values: Professionalism, accountability, and teamwork.

Joe O'BoyleQuality Control Manager

Joe O'Boyle is Recon’s Quality Control and Events Manager. Joe brings with him an extensive background in sales/retail and customer service-focused roles. Joe is responsible for ensuring that the quality of our service and performance of our front-line staff is on par with our clients' security needs and expectations.

Gregory BucktonBusiness Development Manager

Greg has been in the Security Industry for over 25 years and brings with him extensive experience across Technical, Guarding, Monitoring Centre, Call Centre and fleet departments. Placing an emphasis on team-building and leadership, Greg has worked with success across various managerial and supervisor roles in South Africa and most recently, New Zealand. Previously tasked with the responsibility of managing large teams of guard forces, Greg has developed his leaderships skills to reflect flexibility and adaptability and aims to bring these assets to the Recon team.
