The communication between Recon and myself is effective and timely. I really find the weekly reports a great way of keeping informed about the activity around the site. The staff are highly competent and efficient. An added bonus for us is Recon’s ability to provide trained guards at any time to cover shifts for our own security staff. This has definitely been a time and resource saving benefit.
