With a new Training Manager comes new training modules! Nicky Eastwood introduced our updated induction training last week, equipping our new guards the knowledge to work our systems.
Induction training gives our staff the skills to carry out robust and efficient reporting for our clients. It also informs them of Recon’s high expectations around their conduct and work ethic, giving a comprehensive overview of Recon Security as a business. Nicky has been very happy with the results so far, and hopes the updated course will help our guards to excel in their new careers!
