We are pleased to announce that Bryce Tietjens has commenced as the new General Manager of Recon Security, effective April 7, 2021. 
Bryce brings with him over a decade of management experience and security knowledge. He comes to Recon Security from Blind Foundation where he was the Regional Business Manager.
Bryce also brings with him a strong understanding of New Zealand’s security industry and the strategic management skills involved, as he previously served as the Regional Manager at First Security, spanning over 2 years. During his time as Regional Manager, Bryce built client rapport and developed a strong network of contacts across the country.
Bryce is an experienced Senior Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the facilities services, security services and charity industries. He is especially skilled in negotiation, contract and account management, sales and budgeting expenditure, mentoring and leadership and building strong, long-term client relationships. Within a leadership capacity, Bryce has a proven track record for network building, collaboration, developing a culture of empowerment, and building teams that have clear and well-developed priorities and expectations.
