Recon’s senior staff attended training and team building in Foxton in September. The day consisted of activities such as shooting, golfing, four-wheel driving and strategic management training.
The purpose of this training is to help the management staff to communicate and operate enhanced performance outcomes. They were able to put these skills into practice with different challenges and activities to test their teamwork and professionalism.
